Sustainable supply
Our emeralds are natural and untreated. They come mainly from Zambia or Colombia.
Our rubies come mainly from Mozambique and sometimes from other parts of Africa such as Madagascar.
All our sapphires are natural and are not treated or heated.
Our diamonds are of ethical origin, Leonori supports and follows the principles of transparency established by the Kimberly Process certification scheme, are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in the financing of conflicts and in compliance with UN resolutions. We guarantee the ethics of diamonds based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our diamond suppliers.

Human rights
Leonori’s activities affect the lives of dozens of people around the world and throughout our value chain. We recognize our responsibility to respect human rights and are committed to a proactive approach to
the promotion of those rights.
Leonori’s Human Rights Policy, its guidelines and our efforts outline our approach, which is in line with the UN’s guiding principles on business and human rights and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
We respect human rights throughout our value chain and work diligently to avoid causing or contributing to a negative impact on people, communities and society.

Environmental impact
Leonori recognizes that his actions can have both positive and negative effects on what surrounds us, including the environment. We are committed to protecting the environment to minimize the environmental impact of our work by seeking new ways to reduce our resource consumption and waste.
In addition, we want to influence and inspire our supply chain and the entire jewelry industry to take similar measures.

Packaging
To help end forest destruction, we are committed to sourcing sustainable catalogs and packaging. Leonori began to apply for third-party certifications, with a preference for the Forest Stewardship Council’s (FSC) certification, the most important standard in responsible forest management.
