Returns and Exchange

You can return your Leonori order placed online for a refund or a replacement within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
You can return your order to exchange the item you purchased or obtain a voucher at the headquarters of Leonori in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 2 - 63100 Ascoli Piceno.
Furthermore, you can submit a return request by contacting our Customer Service via e-mail at indicating your name, address and order number. In this way, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your request.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom products (e.g. engraved products) which cannot, therefore, be returned, refunded or replaced.
If you are returning or exchanging a creation, please double-check the following steps.

The creations that show signs of wear, damage or alteration (they have been engraved, imprinted, resized…) cannot be returned or replaced.
All returns must include the proof of purchase and be returned in the original packaging
The cost of returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer.
Place the Leonori creations you wish to return in the original packaging and close securely with the seals provided, then place the package in a shipping box along with the completed return form and the proof of purchase. Make sure that the box is sealed before gluing the shipping label.
Our Customer Service will contact a courier to collect and deliver the package.
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality control before being accepted.
LEONORI will not accept any product without its original packaging or without the required documents or in a status other than that in which it was originally delivered (including, without limitation, Products that have been used, worn, damaged or soiled). Leonori will verify the conformity of the returned products with the above requirements as soon as such Products are returned.

The products that will not be accepted will be sent back to you by Leonori and the corresponding shipping costs will be charged to you. Leonori will refund the purchase price after verifying the status of the returned Products.
