Shipping & Delivery


We ship worldwide only by express courier.
The products will be entrusted to the express courier within 5 working days following your order (Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays excluded) and will be delivered, depending on the destination, at different times.
Orders shipped to non-EU countries will take extra days due to the clearance of the goods.
You will then receive your order in 5 working days on average, however the delivery time can vary depending on the product you have chosen*, the day the order is placed or the location where the delivery is to be made.
Exceptions to the above delivery times are:
-custom jewelry
-products for which a specific delivery time is indicated on the relevant product page

From the moment the courier picks up the item through the tracking number that will be sent to you with the confirmation of the item handed over to the courier, it will be possible for you to track the status of your order online at any time. Delivery delays may occur owing to strikes or bad weather, for which we cannot take responsibility.

Please note:
From the moment the order is placed the item is shipped, the package cannot be refused unless tampered with or there is a suspicion of damaged contents caused by the damaged package.
If upon delivery the package is found tampered with (either the packaging or the contents), you will have to refuse the delivery and contact us without delay. If the product is tampered with, and at the time of delivery this is not reported to the courier, you will bear the risk and accordingly exempt the courier himself/herself and us from all expenses and liability.
In these cases, we do not accept liability for damage and/or theft; so, we advise you to be careful when the courier delivers your package.
If the outside of the package is perfectly intact but the product is missing, contact us immediately! Please keep everything as we will need your help to file a claim. Generally, what is being asked for here are photographic evidence (of the outer envelope, the package and the label) and an explanation of what happened. Your help is essential to be able to file a claim and obtain a refund from the courier.
